British Airways has transferred all long haul routes and large number of short haul routes back from Terminal 3 to 5.
To accommodate this American Airlines and Iberia have moved all flights back to Terminal 3.
Further flight switches between terminals are possible at the start of the summer season on Sunday 30 October 2022.

Many routes moved back to Terminal 5 on Tuesday 12 July. These remain at Terminal 3:

Alliance & Codeshare Partners
American Airlines & Iberia now operate all flights from Terminal 3.
BA’s Oneworld alliance partners Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Japan Airlines, Royal Jordanian, SriLankan and Qantas also operate from Terminal 3.
Terminal 3 Ground Facilities & Lounges
The BA Galleries Club and First lounges are open at Terminal 3.
Lounges operated by Cathay Pacific and Qantas are open.


American Airlines has reopened its arrivals lounge for passengers arriving from long haul flights.

The BA Elemis Travel Spa at Terminal 3 is closed permanently.
